Great laptop that won't disappointed you, not many people will see my review but I got this for $1150 under warranty without any signs of wear whatsoever and the ssd is in fact the boot and runs fallout 4 at ultra at 1080 without filters 60 fps, has all the bells and whistles, runs not overwhelmingly hot on a table when gaming but I did have a problem with the audio when upgrading to Windows 10 but that can be fixed with a driver but this pc has put a smile on my face and it has surpassed my expectations.

I have used Alienware for years and still love them. I just upgraded from my 2008 model. I find that with the growing technology world, you should not feel forced to upgrade every year, and Alienware does a great job at this. They also seriously have the best tech support I have ever dealt with. My harddrive crashed about 3 months after owning it, and a tech came to my house and replaced it the next day. Just make sure you are talking with Alienware and not Dell. This laptop handles any game I have played, on Ultra graphics including Crisis 3. Great GREAT laptop that works like a desktop, that looks super awesome and is extremely durable and exceptionally made. HIGHLY recommended!

Order this laptop on Prime day, pretty good deal, but when I got it last Friday, I cannot boot up the computer and there is a "bi bi" warning sound. Called Alienware tech support, and they told me the RAM is defected and I have to ship it to their repair facility to fix it.
Already returned to Amazon, thanks to Amazon's service I don't have to pay for restocking fee.
